Returns – Our Promise To You

If, in the unlikely event that when you receive your purchase you aren’t happy with it, you can send it back. We will refund your payment to you with no quibbles. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the purchase to us. In the unlikely event that the item is faulty Make My Way will refund the cost of the item being sent to us by registered standard post. Please review conditions as listed in our Terms & Conditions Also, the Make My Way product must be returned to us before any refund will be made. The Make My Way product must be returned in the same and original condition that it was in when being despatched. We will be unable to grant a refund if the Make My Way product has been damaged or spoiled in any way after receipt by you.
